Summary/Abstract: The first part of the study of the causes and consequences of woman’s employment presents, in brief, the results of researches carried out in Yugoslavia and the world. The second part deals with the results of an empirical research into dependence between woman’ s employment and the family socialization. This research has been carried out by the author herself. This summary refers only to the second part of the study.
