Summary/Abstract: In the article the author deals with the problem of how to raise efficaciousness of education (study) at the university. Among factors on which depends functionality and efficaciousness of education the author puts accent on the student— teacher relationship within the educational process, which calls for change in the terms of emancipation from traditional forms of the transfer or attainment of knowledge.
