Summary/Abstract: The author of this article is concerned with the rural workers’ attitude towards their earnings (dissatisfaction with the amount of earnings and their distribution) and how this attitude affects their relationship toradws the work organization. The research reveals that rural workers more than urban workers, attach imporatnce to their earnings (because their discontent is higher) but their relationship towards the work organization is not conditioned by their discontent with the earnings, and their distribution to the extent in which this is the case with urban workers. Such findings could be interpreted in different ways.
