Summary/Abstract: The conflict of roles is a complex phenomenon exerting far-reaching efects on social and individual life. This conflict appears due to requirements woman’s professional carrier and family roles imply. The sources of the conflict are routed in social envirenment which has not harmonized social change in its diverse parts as the social change’s trends do not correspond to optimal needs and requirements of a free individual existence. Such a state of affairs affects dramatically employed women who work to earn but whose traditional roles continue — that of the mother, wife and houswife.
