Summary/Abstract: The management and development of human resources is becoming increasingly important due to the significant position and role of man in all social processes and in their management. Motivation and satisfaction of employees becomes the base of the modern human resource management because only the construction of quality motivation system can help the organization to increase its competitive ability in the market. The key to successful management of the motivation certainly lies in combining knowledge of the theory and individual approach to each employee.
