Summary/Abstract: This paper is about innovation in dealing with juvenile offenders who are on the execution of the educational measure of committal to a correctional institution for a period of at least 6 months to a maximum of four years. One of these innovations in the application of institutional educational treatment is the drama club, which proved to be a brilliant method of working with offenders, especially in the correction of their criminogenic attitudes and acceptance of positive social values. The paper presents experiences from Juvenile Prison Banja Luka, where for the first time in BiH is conducted this therapeutic way of working with young offenders and where their social reintegration give great effects precisely thanks to this innovative mode.
