Summary/Abstract: Position of marginal groups in society requires more complex analysis and special processing set access problems. In addition to standard marginalized groups, recently represented the concept of so-called. social exclusion, which, unlike some other similar term focuses on the adverse relationship of the individual to the social environment.Poverty, unemployment, primarily lead to marginalization of individuals and groups and to the shape widespread. In addition, should not be ignored and further marginalization of ethnic groups in our country are mostly Roma, then other groups which differ according to gender, sexual orientation, etc.The aim is to draw attention to certain problems facing contemporary society with poverty and social exclusion of individuals or groups outside the community, such as persons with disabilities, Roma population, human trafficking, gender discrimination and other persons. In addition, social institutions should provide individuals and marginalized groups at risk of social exclusion possibilities for acquisition opportunities and resources that are necessary for full participation in the economic, social and cultural life. Marginalized groups or individuals should enjoy the standard of living and well-being that is considered normal in the society in which they live.
