THE CRISIS OF THE AUTHORITY OF POWER AND THE POWER OF AUTHORITY

Summary/Abstract: The crisis of the authority of power is being looked upon in this article as an important aspect of the present crisis of the Yugoslav socialism. The author considers this crisis as the consequence of the long lasting dominant role ofpersonal authority (»Charisma«) in the process of legitimatizing of the power. He also believes that the present deficiency of legitimacy cannot be overcome by referring to the tradition since there is a personality of the Leader in its centre.
