Summary/Abstract: The "internal" ("civil") war in Yugoslavia in 1991/1992. provoked an immense public and concern all over the world for its tragic consequences for the "ordinary" people of the former Yugoslavia. This war provoked recently a considerable demand for the scientific explanations of its causes and its most brutal characteristics.
