REFLECTIONS RELATED TO EMPLOYMENT IN ROMANIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Summary/Abstract: Employment reveals a complex of relationships in which most of the relationships between humans and their evolution in time and space are found. Theoretically, full employment requires the provision of a job for all able-bodied people who want to work, ie the lack of unemployment. The presented material deals with the etiology and the importance of the relation between labor supply and demand, as well as aspects regarding the social reaction both nationally and at European level regarding the improvement of this specific concept.
