Summary/Abstract: The expressed commercialization of sports is one of the basic causes of criminal behavior in sports and “around the sports” аnd the violence in sport events is an external and the most conspicuous manifestation of criminalized sport scene. The violence carriers in the sport events are the supporting groups, characterized by a solid organization, extremism in acting, the absence of the responsibility feeling, the common actions of which cause the incidents and violence inside and outside the sport fields (courts). The violence in the sport events is connected to the appearance of hooligans in the football stadiums in England, and spreading subsequently to other countries. Since then, numerous investigations have been carried out, based on which there were established its prevalence, forms, causes and effects. However, having in mind the continuous phenomenon of this kind of violence, particularly among the youth, there is still a need for studying it. For that reason, the authors have been dealing with not the criminological aspect of this problem only, but with the criminal justice aspect, as well, with the analysis of normative solutions and their effects in suppressing this form of violence. The purpose of this paper is not only the study of the supporting groups structure and the internal organization, but also the analysis of implementation of legal solutions, not implemented at all, or insufficiently implemented, and which would, in fact, orient the supporting groups to the values, crucial for their existence.
