Summary/Abstract: The Author is discussing about two opposite characteristics of serbian society in the year 2ooo as isolated and sanctioned society. At one side there is crystalizing societal state and on the other sharpening of the options of further development. The crystalization of societal state has the direction of destruction of the material and spiritual supstance of society and deformation of social institutions and norms.What is coming from this processes is the paralell society which has patological features.
