Summary/Abstract: Law no. 129/2019 represents the new regulation in the field of money laundering, repealing the old Law no. 656/2002. The law modifies the content of the offense, so that the acquisition, possession or use of goods can only be committed by another person than the active subject of the crime from which the goods originate and knowing that they come from the commission of crimes.
