Summary/Abstract: The act of a person heard as a witness to make false allegations or not to say all that he knows about the essential facts or circumstances about which he was asked meets the typical features of the offense of false testimony provided at art. 273 para. (1) of the Criminal Code, and not the offense of favoring the perpetrator provided for in art. 269 para. (1) of the same Code in a formal competition.
