Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the constituent elements of the crime of cyber-terrorism from the perspective of the Romanian legislation, with reference to the case studies reported in the public space and the specialized literature, case studies, which, although not catalogued as being terrorist attacks, can be used as a reference material for the practitioners and researchers in the field.
