Summary/Abstract: This article presents an analysis of criminal sanctions for adult perpetrators of criminal offenses, as prescribed by the new Criminal Code in the Republika Srpska, from the aspect of the system of comprehensive criminal prosecution of crime in Republika Srpska. Since the adoption of the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska has resulted in significant changes in this area, the aim of this article is to provide a comparative analysis of old and new legal solutions, presenting the contents, purpose, characteristics, duration and conditions of applying non-listed types of criminal sanctions in positive criminal legislation of Republika Srpska.
