Summary/Abstract: Criminal offenses against sexual freedom are crimes that are constantly increasing, because with the development of technology, the very essence of the criminal act has changed significantly, and these works do not necessarily imply direct physical contact. The appearance of this criminal offense establishes a specific victim-based relationship between the victim, the perpetrator, and the authorities responsible for dismissing the offense. In the stages of the resolution of this criminal offense, there is a justified risk of secondary victimization of the victim caused by discrimination by the social environment, but also by the nature of the proceedings itself. The paper analyzes criminal offenses against gender freedoms, points to the risk of discrimination against victims and provides recommendations for the treatment and response of internal affairs bodies in cases of these crimes.
