TWO SOCIAL PROBLEMS NEGLECTED

Summary/Abstract: This text presents a critical analysis of distribution connected with the »minimum for the bare existence « among those receiving the lowest incomes. Also a suggestion is given to reduce length of service for the sake of workers’ retiring on pension. Discussing the distribution, the author presents a whole range of statistical data about spans with regard to the amounts of personal incomes and refutes a statement that a levelling of incomes is generally present. As a matter of fact, the author considers that it is social disintegration which is in question.
