Summary/Abstract: Every individual, in his daily existence, aims to achieve satisfaction, balance and peculiar to everyhuman being kind of fulfilment. It should be noted, however, that this triad is influenced by a variety of factors. One of the most crucial components that shape this fulfilment is job satisfactionin its broadest sense. This very term constitutes an essential factor that enhances workplace productivity. It should be remembered that the relationship outlined above applies also to education.Teachers’ job satisfaction has a significant effect not only on the quality of their personal lives, butalso the efficiency in workplace.
