Summary/Abstract: This paper represents a critical opservation and thinking about Yugoslav social and political reality in order to point out some of its deficiences for establishing democratic pluralistic elections. For the exploration of the actual social and political reality, it is necessary to include te previous Yugoslav socialist society in such a study, as well as to touch the idea and meaning of realsocialis as a totalitarian system with an authocratic government.
