Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is not only conceptually evaluate the problems of SMEs face but also show how they use the Internet to enter open foreign markets. In addition, it purposes to bring a forward proposal to those problems. In conclusion, thanks to the internet that give SMEs many advantages such as communication, promotion, sales development, searching for markets, reduction of export barriers, reduction of psychological distance, flexibility of response to market, environmental change, accessing the customer, entrepreneurial orientation, low cost, rivalry. However, SMEs may face with problems as security, privacy, legal issues, lack of qualified labour force and technical infrastructure in international markets through internet.
