Summary/Abstract: Health is a value, an individual and social resource. Developing health competences is an importanteducational task, which should be implemented from an early age. Hence, the initiative to conductresearch on the effectiveness of health education manifested in knowledge about health and everyday health behaviors. Selected results of tests carried out in younger classes are presented in thisarticle.
