Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with legal theoretical aspects of electronic contracting. The immediate objective of the paper is verification of its hypothesis, i.e. if it is possible, via using ICT instruments, to arrive to particular requirements for a so-called perfect contract. At the end, the paper contains de lege ferenda treatise.
