Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to adapt the Career Decidedness Scale (Lounsbury et al., 1999) to Turkish and to make validity and reliability analyses. The sample of the study is composed of the students of Suleyman Demirel University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In this context, 779 students participated in the study. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, a measurement tool consisting of 6 items and one dimension was obtained which explained 51.8% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model was in good fit. The internal consistency reliability coefficient of the scale was calculated as .80. As a result of the test-retest analysis, a relationship was found between the implementations at the level of .73. Within the scope of these findings, it is concluded that Career Decidedness Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool suitable for Turkish culture.
