Summary/Abstract: Cultural rights belong to a corpus of human rights (together with social and economic rights, the so-called secon generation) which have an international legal recognition. Cultural rights are human rights or rights of a group to express their culture, understood as a single cultural interest or as belonging to a particular cultural group which in its turn respects the identical (close) cultural values.
