ECO-MANAGEMENT: BETWEEN ECONOMY AND NATURE

Summary/Abstract: The basic intention of this article is to, from a general sociological sphere, comprehend the place of eco-management and its role in modern society. Of course, such standpoint could not be expected to be a priori accepted by these "managers” who consider the everyday practicing of management skill as best way for its improvement. To be modern manager and to remain as such, demands continual (intellectual) perfecting. This is especially an imperative requirement for eco-management, which is specific professional activity, emerging as first from cognitive problematizing of basis of civilization, and then, as ability to coordinate existential needs of modern man and natural and historical survival of mankind.
