Summary/Abstract: The article pays particular attention to new and most significant and problematic points in the area of electronic dispute resolution. The main emphasis is put on the work of III. UNCITRAL Working Group and its impacts on the Czech legal environment. The author does not focus too much on theoretical concepts, but he discusses and shares his views on the practical applicability of the selected issues.
