Is it still possible to claim the domain name transfer?

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with doctrinal interpretation of a claim for removal in respect to the praxis of domain name transfer court actions in the light of the decision of the Supreme Court of Czech republic in globtours.cz case. Author argues that the conclusion of the Supreme Court that domain name transfer falls outside of a claim for removal is doctrinally correct. At the same time, author criticises the decision by pointing out that the Supreme Court should have constructed the domain name transfer claim by analogy on the bases of the Regulation on domain names in TLDeu.
