Summary/Abstract: The article answers the question „Is it possible and legal according to Czech law to execute a ruling through sale of domain name?“ In theoretical part the article deals with the legal nature of domain name. In the next part of thesis it analyzes legal provisions, law n. 99/1963 Sb. and n. 120/2001 Sb. and we define relationship between these two provisions. The article describes the process of sale of domain name and explains the ways how to prevent the possibility of execution. In the last part of the article we think about the specifics of tax execution and administrative execution.
