Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with legal-theoretical aspects of cyberspace regulation. The fundamental objective of the paper is to, with regard to the development in the area of digital rights management systems, assess the regulatory options of cyberspace regulation through technology, or interaction between multiple modalities of regulation and to identify particular problems which regulation through technology deliver in practice.
