Summary/Abstract: The question of the political system change, like any other change, is posed today among the citizens of Yugoslavia through an existential social polarization. On the one hand, there is a culture of change which is opposed to traditionalism and an orientation towards the status quo. This concept is supported by the more educated part of the society, those who are younger and more qualified... To them, the political system is what it is. The risk is the constituent part of modern life, and the future is a familiar category that could be influenced. They associate security with the future. They think politically.
