Summary/Abstract: Treatment of conduct disorders is a very complex procedure and it requires the use ofevidence-based approaches from which Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) is one of the most efficient. The main goal of this case study is to present applying CBT techniques in treatment of young adolescent boy with conduct disorder, who attends the 7th grade and demonstrate low grades in school and comes from a dysfunctional family context. He is participating inDrop-in center for children at riskprogram because of his aggressive behavior towards other children and adults and irregular school attendance.Treatment goals were: to regularly attend school and Drop-in centre program, learning skills improvement, learning relaxing skills, learning how to recognize and control emotions, to learn how to be assertive and to reduce aggressive behavior, to be more self-compassionate through self-instructive training.CBT techniques were used in treatment which lasted 20 sessions. During treatment boy’s grandmother, eldest brother, elder sister, school psychologist and Center for Social Workparticipated within the support network.Treatment was successful which have been confirmed by the reports from boy itself, boy’s family, school and Center for Social Work. Further prognosisis very positive and encouraging but it also strongly depends on positive social support factors.
