Summary/Abstract: After the definition of parliamentarianism has been given along with its description under Miloshevic’s rule, author presents analysis and data on the work of Serbian Assembly in the period 2001–2004. On thus provided basis author concludes that in the period of Djindjic’s-Zivkovic’s government parliamentarianism persisted on the same low level as in the period of Miloshevic. Improvement of parliamentarianism is provided by the decision of Suprime Court, of 27. May 2003. on authonomy of the parliament members toward their parties and with forming of Kostunica’s government.
