Summary/Abstract: In the paper we propose an optimisation procedure in a multicretaria decision making problem when there is no functional representation which assigns outcome values to decisions. The problem under consideration deals with education financing policy – particularly of co-financing education. We present a stylized model of an educational system calibrated accordingly to the polish educational market. We use a multiagent simulation to estimate outcomes for various education financing policies. The outcomes include household incomes, social inequality and government expenditures. Finally we compare the outcomes along to preferences represented by a cone domination relation and determine nondominated policy decisions.
