Summary/Abstract: This article is focused on conditions for patentability of computer programs. It reveals in detail the situation under European patent convention including relevant case law. It summarises requirements for so called „computer implemented inventions“ and it should help reader as a basic introduction to this topic and it also includes many references to more detailed sources of information.
