Summary/Abstract: The article deals with ZAVNOBiH as a social, historical and scientific fact, from the standpoint of its role and importance in the reconstruction of the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the confirmation of its historical, political and state-legal continuity, and the equality of its peoples.
