Researchers contemplated Estonian multinational cultural identity and heritage in Berlin

Summary/Abstract: On 22–24 March, a symposium under the heading “At home and abroad: On the cultural identity and heritage of multinational Estonia” was held in Berlin. The aim of the meeting was to contemplate the role of intangible heritage and cultural memory on different levels of identity and integration policies and in fostering the dialogue between cultures. An overview of the symposium is given by ethnologist Kristi Grünberg.
