Enforcement of judgments in disputes concerning public procurement contracts

Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author proposed to examine the procedure for the enforcement of judgements issued in disputes concerning public procurement contracts.Thus, by virtue of the provisions of Law no. 554/2004 and Law no. 101/2016, both recently modified by Law no. 212/2018, the author has submitted the enforcement of those judgments in the following assumptions: enforcement of judgments handed down by administrative courts in disputes occuring in the preceding stages of the public procurement contracts; enforcement of judgments handed down by administrative courts in disputes related to public procurement contracts and enforcement of judgments issued by civil courts in disputes arising form the execution pf public procurement contracts.
