Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze administrative dispute procedure in national legislation and to point out arising issues relevant for the integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union. Firstly, the current implementation of the administrative dispute is going to be analyzed, followed by detection of problems in the execution of administrative decisions in BH. In addition, problems in the execution of administrative decisions in the light of Article 6 paragraph 1 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms will be accentuate through the national case law as well as the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. Aforementioned aimed at finding solutions for number issues in administrative dispute procedure in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
