Transdisciplinarity: Heuristics or Orientational Help?

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents given key problems with transdisciplinary research. The short sketch ends with a concrete terminological definition. It is also pointed up that there is an urgent necessity for more research on the topic of transdisciplinarity. Finally, based on the analysis of transdisciplinary research and the research on transcultural phenomenon the proof is given that in the perspective of theory of science there is no way to transform transdisciplinary approaches into the field of transcultural research.
