Summary/Abstract: Turkey have opened gates to Syrian refugees who left their country. The children who moved to another country with family have the biggest impact. In this research, it’s been aimed to get opinion of teachers who worked at classes have Syrian student. This is a qualitative study which has been done by 35 teachers work in Bursa and Istanbul in 2017-2018. A form has been prepared to understand the problems they have, teacher’s opinion about the conflicts Syrian student might face with and practices realized by teachers in order to prevent the conflicts. Interviews which lasted 20 – 30 minutes,have been done by researchers. Researchers have analysed the data collected via half-structured interviews. Researchers have encoded separately, created code, category and theme, tabulated them. Despite the fact that the students have cultural and familial difference, the teachers say that they don’t believe that there is cultural conflicts between Turkish and Syrian students, the biggest problem preventing cultural fusion is language barrier therefore they try to improve Syrian students’ language, they do group studies, values education and social activities.
