Summary/Abstract: This article defines primary reasons of not reaching full satisfaction from finance and accounting outsourcing by large, international organizations. The crucial reasons are: lack of individual approach towards outsourcing, lack of specific aims during outsourcing, lack of expectations and their measurements, lack of understanding the interference in the structure of organization.
