Summary/Abstract: Hospital medical activities are carried out in the form of services and medical procedures, the provision of which requires proper financial planning. One of the management tools is budgeting. This article presents the possibility of using incremental budgeting in hospitals. This method can be used in the rational management of the hospital and the financial resources raised in the implementation of services and medical procedures. The article uses the information obtained during the practical budgeting of hospitals, which the author deals with.
