Summary/Abstract: Hz. Süleyman is one of the prophets whose name is mentioned in the Holy Quran. He has many more superior virtues than the other prophets. Especially in classical interpretations there are many unfounded rumors about Him in the context of 30-33rd verses of Sad Sura. In this study, it is aimed to reach the right knowledge by analyzing the unsuitable ungrounded rumors about Him in the perspective of the whole Quran. In the aforementioned verses, Hz. Süleyman didn’t slaughter the noble horses; rather He loved and caressed them since they made Him remember Allah. In other words, Hz. Süleyman taught us how to reach the Creator from the created ones.
