COHERENCE OF EFFICIENT AND RACIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF ROAD TRANSPORT SERVICES WITH THE PROSPERITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION

Summary/Abstract: Production and implementation of road transport services compels the organization to plan, control and reexamine implementation processes. Appropriate assets, procedures and methods need to be defined in order to guarantee continued overall improvement and optimization of the processes, procedures and flows. Primary aim is to ensure conditions necessary for all processes. Quality is determined in this way since the processes must be carried out under controlled conditions, thereby ensuring that only planned results are achieved and not accidental services. The main aim and measurement for reexamining organization and processes is customer satisfaction. Optimal planning of production and service implementation, combined with ensuring suitable resources, creates the requirement for quality processes’ results. Validation is prescribed for special processes the results of which cannot be subsequently verified. If the issue at hand is development, the planning process is of even greater importance. For this reason certain provisions need to be adopted already in the early development stage as they are necessary for planning, control and development. This is why a development plan is prescribed containing flow schedules, responsibilities, considerations of cross-sections and specifically determined stages for checks and reexamination. This plan must contain provisions for verification and validation including a required reexamination of individual stages of the process. Avoiding errors is the priority and methods that will be used need to be determined. The organization needs to introduce supply procedure which will guarantee that it would always ensure all necessary road transport services in accordance with the requested quality. For this reason, reexamination of the supplier needs to be undertaken, among others, which will take into account characteristics of the organization and services. Identification responsibility serves to easily, simply and safely identify road transport services, not only in the process of producing those services, but also with the users. Possibly, depending on the type of service, there is a general and continued identification obligation. Organization’s responsibility does not end with the final check of the road transport services. What is more, it needs to ensure that subsequent reduction in the service quality does not come about.
