Summary/Abstract: The article aims to present prosecutions against Bulgarian leftist students in the 1930s. Documents from the archive of the Sofia District Court were used, which revealed data on a total of 20 lawsuits against Sofia University graduates. The lawsuits are mainly conducted during the first half of the 1930s (1931–1936) and they are one of the forms of state repression against the positions of the opposition left-wing student formations during this period.
