Summary/Abstract: The article notes that the social purpose of labor law is the orientation of its norms to the priority of the natural labor and fundamental social rights of workers. The theoretical and practical problems of the implementation of the social purpose of labor law, and ensuring labor rights and legal interests of workers in Ukraine are highlighted.
