Summary/Abstract: The conceptual bases of economic-mathematical modeling of innovative activity of subjects of management are considered. The state of the problem is analyzed, possibilities of application of modern methods and models for optimization of innovation process are revealed. The advantages of the probabilistic-game approach to the definition of optimal innovative strategies of economic entities under conditions of uncertainty and risk are substantiated.
