Summary/Abstract: Aphasia is serious neurogenic communication disorder that frequently affect adults and elderly persons, most often in connection with inception of vascular brain accident (CVA) or traumatic lesion of CNS. The study is focused on the use assessment with The Butt Non-Verbal Reasoning Test (BNVR) in persons with persistent severe form of aphasia, and convergence and divergence in its use together with The Revised Token Test (RTT) The study includes 20 persons, 18 men and 2 women,who were within 2015 - 2016 hospitalized with severe form of aphasia and defines, on the basis of the interval interpretation of dates in test BNVR, findings on serious importance of this way of assessment for persons with persistent aphasia.
