Professional qualifications of intermediaries in the property of real estate after the land of a national license

Summary/Abstract: The real estate market is created not only by demand and supply, but also by the activity of, among others, real estate agents. The subject of the research was the professional qualifications of real estate agents after the introduction of deregulation provisions. The survey method was used for two basic survey methods in this publication. The research tool was the author’s questionnaire, in which closed questions useful for quantitative research were designed. In order to determine the professional qualific ations of real estateagents, a method of a diagnostic survey was used, under which a questionnaire was used, which was sent electronically to a group of randomly selected people. The obtained research results allow to assess professional experience and the education of real estate agents.
